RESERVATIONS

• Reservation should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any change should be advised to us at least 7 days before the arrival.
• To ensure proper handling of all reservations, maximum details are needs such as dates, arrival and departure flights number and name of the passengers.
• Each hotel booking will be subject to the room availability at each hotel. Each hotels booking regulation will be applied to each confirmed booking.
• Please always have and an alternative hotel especially during the high season.
  

CONFIRMATIONS

• Each booking's confirmation will be made by fax or E-Mail, in case of urgently by phone.

CANCELLATIONS

• For any cancellation of confirmed booking according to any cost occurred may charge in your account.

RATES AND FARES

• All rates and tour fares are in US DOLLAR and subject to change with or without prior notice.
• High season prices may be changed depending on the local situation.

PAYMENTS

Full payment by telegraphic or corporate Bank Draft should be made payable to PERTIWI JAYA. We should be receive the payment minimum of 14 days before your client's arrival, unless there is prior arrangement or agreement on credit payment with your company. Failure comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all made reservation payment should be free from any kind of Bank's charge.

REFUND

• No refund will be made for the remaining unused voucher, in partial or full.
• Any change of the portions will be notified before and will be change with similar ones.

HOTEL

• Accommodation is based on double or single bedroom, air conditioned with private bath or shower, unless otherwise indicated. All room rates are inclusive of service charge & government tax.

TRANSPORTATION

• Based on air-conditioned private cars/coaches, unless otherwise specified.

TRANSFER

• Rate include meeting and escort service, handling of two pieces of luggage and transportation airport and hotel.

PACKAGE TOURS

• Rates include transportation, guide (on request), admission fees, and meal specified

INSURANCE

• Travel insurance not included in the quotation.
